Free Shipping on Orders Over $49

Delomo is pleased to offer free shipping on all orders over $49.

Shipping Areas

We currently only offer shipping to the United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii) 

    Order Processing Time

    All orders are processed within 2-4 business days. Processing time includes order confirmation, packaging, and dispatch. Please note that weekends and public holidays are not included in the processing time. If there is a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. In case of significant delays, we will notify you via email.

    Shipping Time

    Estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days.

    Our primary shipping carriers include Amazon, DHL, FedEx, USPS and EMS. The specific carrier will be chosen based on the destination and order circumstances.

    Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

    You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking numbers once your order has shipped. You can track your order status online at any time. If your tracking information has not been updated within 10 business days, please contact our support team at

    Shipping Information

    Please ensure that the shipping information you provide is accurate. We do not support shipping to P.O. Box or APO/FPO/DPO addresses. We are not responsible for any losses, including missing parcels, package damage, and delays, caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.


    If you received your order damaged, please contact Delomo Service Team within 7 working days at We will assist you in contacting the carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods for the claim process.

    About Taxes

    We do not charge additional taxes on our products. In rare cases, orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, and taxes imposed by the destination country's customs authorities. These charges are the customer's responsibility. We apologize for any inconvenience but have no influence over customs authorities in any country. Please contact your local customs office for more information on customs fees, duties, and taxes.

    Can I change the delivery address of my package after it has been shipped?

    Unfortunately, we cannot change the final destination once the product is en route.

    I ordered more than one item. Will they all be delivered at the same time?

    We try to make sure all your items reach you at the same time. Sometimes however, our products cannot be shipped together due to different shipping options. Regardless of circumstance, once an item has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email.

    I have not received my order, what do I do?

    If your order has a tracking number and your order hasn't arrived, allow 48 hours for it to update. If your order doesn’t have tracking, please contact us at with your order number and we will look into the issue. Please note delivery can be affected by local circumstances, which may push over our delivery time estimates.
